Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental, health, and safety regulations. Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and accident prevention programs. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions. Monitor environmental performance, waste management, and pollution control activities. Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and government assessments. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. Conduct environmental risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. Liaise with government agencies, external auditors, and environmental consultants. Monitor environmental performance indicators and prepare management reports. Organize EHS training programs and promote a proactive safety culture. Manage internal and external EHS audits and regulatory inspections. Prepare EHS reports, KPIs, and compliance documentation. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities. Lead and develop the EHS team to achieve departmental objectives.
