We're Hiring – E-commerce Specialist (Remote) Position: E-commerce Specialist Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

Bali Hai Cruises is looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. If you have experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and are passionate about driving online revenue growth, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimize OTA platforms and online distribution channels.

* Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and availability across all OTA platforms. * Monitor booking performance, sales trends, and channel performance. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and smooth online operations.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase online bookings and revenue. * Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations based on performance data. * Maintain good relationships with OTA account managers and distribution partners.

Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Online Distribution, Revenue Management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as Traveloka, Klook, Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Agoda, or similar platforms.
