Join Mahaprana Experience as an E-Commerce Junior and support our online distribution channels, OTA platforms, and digital operations to maximize hotel visibility and bookings. Key Responsibilities Support daily e-commerce and Sales & Marketing operations Update rates, availability, and content across OTA platforms Assist with room mapping and rate plan management Coordinate with Channel Manager and OTA partners Monitor online listings for accuracy and consistency Prepare reports and perform e-commerce administrative tasks Support promotional campaigns and online distribution activities Requirements Good command of English, both written and spoken Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka) is a plus Detail-oriented and organized Computer literate with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Quick learner with good communication skills
