Ecommerce Airbnb Specialist

Location: Bali Employment Type: Full-Time Tasvan Group is a growing company specializing in Villa Management, Property Development, and Construction . As we continue expanding our portfolio of luxury villas, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce (Airbnb Specialist) to help maximize our online presence, increase bookings, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage and optimize villa listings across Airbnb and other Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).

Maintain accurate pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory across all booking channels. Optimize listing content, photos, amenities, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests through OTA platforms. Manage guest reviews and coordinate with the Operations team to improve guest satisfaction. Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to execute pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Prepare regular reports on OTA performance and identify opportunities for business growth. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Airbnb or OTA platforms. Experience in villa management, hospitality, hotels, or property management is highly preferred.

Familiar with Channel Manager and Property Management Systems (PMS). Excellent written and spoken English.
