EASA Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan dan mendukung aktivitas pemeliharaan pesawat terbang sesuai dengan data pemeliharaan yang disetujui, regulasi EASA, dan prosedur perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup melakukan troubleshooting, investigasi kerusakan, serta penilaian teknis untuk memberikan rekomendasi atas temuan pemeliharaan dan masalah teknis yang muncul. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas menginterpretasikan dan menerapkan dokumentasi teknis pesawat seperti AMM, SRM, WDM, dan CMM, serta memastikan akurasi catatan pemeliharaan dan laporan teknis. Engineer juga berperan memberikan dukungan teknis kepada personel pemeliharaan, berkolaborasi dengan tim Planning, Quality, dan Engineering, serta mendukung inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan dan pembaruan regulasi.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft/Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.; Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).; Relevant EASA Type Rating, preferably B737 CL/NG/MAX and A320 CEO/NEO.; Type training/type rating certificates from an EASA Part-147 approved MTO.; Relevant experience in Aircraft Maintenance / MRO environment.; EASA Part-145 experience is highly preferred..
