Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Sales, or Online Retail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital tools. Experienced in developing and maintaining partnerships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Resourcefule and highly adaptive. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces and online platforms, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, cancellation rates, and key marketplace KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Maintain and optimize seller center dashboards across all stores, ensuring data accuracy, stock availability, pricing consistency, and promotional alignment.
Develop, update, and monitor performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns, mega campaigns, flash sales, and marketplace-driven initiatives. Monitor inventory levels, forecast stock requirements, and coordinate with supply chain teams to minimize stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
