E-Commerce & OTA Specialist

About the role VVMS Pte - SOKKOOL is seeking an E-Commerce & OTA Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Seminyak, Bali , where you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales performance and market visibility across multiple digital platforms. As an E-Commerce & OTA Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our presence on e-commerce platforms and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring maximum reach and conversion across these vital sales channels. This role is strategically important to our business growth, directly impacting our revenue generation and customer acquisition in the digital space.

Key responsibilities Manage and optimise product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and OTA channels, ensuring accuracy, visibility and appeal Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for e-commerce and OTA platforms to drive traffic and conversions

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates and revenue generation from each platform Coordinate with OTA partners to ensure compliance with platform requirements and maximise promotional opportunities Create compelling product descriptions, images and marketing content optimised for search and user engagement on e-commerce channels

Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns across platforms to remain competitive whilst maintaining profitability Handle customer inquiries and feedback from online platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation

Collaborate with internal teams including inventory, sales and customer service to ensure seamless operations Generate regular reports on platform performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement What we're looking
