• Manage product listings and merchandise operations across all online platforms and sales channels
• Understand e-commerce merchandising logic and leverage data analysis to maximize product performance and operational efficiency
• Analyze industry and market data to define product positioning, optimize product assortment, and plan promotional strategies; accountable for sell-through rate and discount management
• Develop and manage the full product lifecycle strategy, including annual merchandising and promotion planning
• Conduct regular data analysis on product performance, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with operations teams to achieve sales targets
• Analyze consumer demand and behavior using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize product strategies and merchandising rhythm
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; conduct competitive analysis for key categories and develop actionable improvement plans
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or merchandise operations; experience as an e-commerce buyer is a plus
• Strong product sense, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong data analysis and interpretation abilities
• High commercial awareness with a solid understanding of products, consumers, and market positioning
• Strong coordination skills, fast learner, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive projects effectively
• Proficiency in written and reading English is preferred for communication with counterparts in different regions
