E-commerce Dispatch Planner

We are looking for an E-commerce Dispatch Planner to join our team at Decathlon Indonesia. In this role, your primary objective is to guarantee local business performance by ensuring the right stock is at the right place and time for our digital and retail channels.

Requirements Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and preferably with Engineering background. Experience : 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce Operations, Retail, or Logistics leadership.

Technical Skills: High affinity with data and supply systems, including SAP, SAC, Tableau, AFO, AI, Forecasting tools, and Data Analysis. Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptability. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal communication, and a "daring" mindset to challenge the status quo. Language: Proficient in English.

Passionate in Sport 1. Build and Drive Local Availability Tactics Guarantee the best dispatch equation locally by defining availability tactics during seasonal and/or campaign sales for Ecommerce.

Manage stock strategies based on product granularity, including top turnover families, seasonal items, and key investment products. Manage the stock of consumables sufficient to the needs in all B2C Fulfillment locations. Execute availability tactics through precise replenishment settings, such as matrix seasonality settings, tactical allocation, and pre-allocation.
