E Commerce & Ads Performance Staff

We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our E-Commerce & Ads Performance team, including: E-Commerce Staff Ads Performance Staff
Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce platforms. Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on marketplace and digital platforms to achieve sales and performance targets. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales contribution.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop advertising materials and promotional content. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize campaign results. Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and achievement of business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Blibli.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces and digital platforms.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and performance tracking tools.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the Beauty Industry or Personal Care Industry is a plus.
