As a Driver Management Manager, you will serve in a strategic role that plays a crucial part in operational success, working on-site in South Jakarta on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of driver management—from recruitment, onboarding, and training to performance monitoring, scheduling, route optimization, and regulatory compliance—ensuring that the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Tanggung jawab: Recruit, interview and onboard new drivers, ensuring all candidates meet company standards and regulatory requirements; Develop and implement comprehensive driver training programmes covering safety, customer service and operational procedures; Monitor driver performance metrics including safety records, punctuality, customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies; Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers; Manage driver scheduling and route optimisation to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction; Investigate and resolve driver-related incidents, accidents and complaints in a timely and professional manner; Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing requirements and safety standards across all drivers; Maintain comprehensive driver records and documentation including licenses, certifications and training records; Liaise with HR and operations teams to address disciplinary issues and implement corrective actions where necessary; Develop and promote a positive driver culture focused on safety, professionalism and customer excellence.
