About the role PT. Bluebird Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our logistics and transportation operations. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and passengers, maintaining our reputation for reliability and punctuality, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our service routes. This position is integral to our commitment to providing dependable transportation solutions in the East Java region.

Key responsibilities Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols Transport goods and passengers to designated locations on time and in good condition

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and report any maintenance issues Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation, including route records and fuel consumption Communicate professionally with clients, dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations

Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, both internally and externally Adhere to delivery schedules and company policies whilst maintaining a courteous demeanour with all parties Report accidents, delays or issues promptly to management

What we're looking for Valid driver's licence (appropriate category for the vehicles operated) with a clean driving record Minimum of 2-3 years' professional driving experience in courier, logistics or transportation services
