About the role RS Sedayu General Hospital is seeking an experienced Specialist in Orthopaedic and Traumatology to join our dedicated medical team. This is a full-time position based in Bantul, Yogyakarta, where you will provide specialist orthopaedic and trauma care to our patients. As a key member of our orthopaedic department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality surgical and conservative treatment, contributing to the hospital's commitment to excellence in musculoskeletal healthcare. Key responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and traumatological conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, and musculoskeletal injuries Perform surgical procedures including but not limited to fracture fixation, joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and emergency trauma surgery Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans utilising both surgical and non-surgical interventions Provide emergency and trauma care services, including initial stabilisation and management of acute musculoskeletal injuries Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and recovery Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including anaesthetists, nursing staff, and physiotherapists to deliver comprehensive patient
