About the role RS Sedayu General Hospital is seeking a Specialist Doctor in Mental Health (Dokter Spesialis Kesehatan Jiwa) to join our dedicated medical team. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses and evaluations of patients presenting with mental health conditions Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs and circumstances Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and managing side effects appropriately Provide therapeutic interventions and counselling to patients and their families Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, nurses and social workers to ensure integrated patient
