PT Duta Generasi Mandiri membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Dispatcher. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memantau operasional armada secara real-time, mengoordinasikan pengiriman dengan berbagai pihak terkait, serta memastikan seluruh proses berjalan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan kepatuhan perusahaan. Dalam kesehariannya, Dispatcher akan mengawasi pergerakan armada menggunakan perangkat pelacakan seperti GPS dan TMS, mengidentifikasi potensi gangguan operasional, serta menyusun laporan kinerja transportasi secara berkala untuk mendukung efisiensi serta produktivitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Transportation Operations Monitoring; Monitor fleet movements in real time using GPS, TMS, and other tracking tools; Ensure schedule, route, and delivery target compliance; Identify and report operational disruptions, delays, and route deviations; 2. Coordination and Communication; Coordinate with drivers, planners, vendors, and related stakeholders; Provide timely operational updates to internal teams and customers; Follow up and resolve transportation issues; 3. Control, Safety, and Compliance; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures; Report transportation incidents, near misses, and HSSE violations; 4. Reporting and Analysis; Prepare transportation performance reports; Analyze delivery performance, fleet utilization, and operational productivity; Recommend corrective and improvement actions; 5. Continuous Improvement; Support KPI monitoring and transportation improvement initiatives; Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or operational monitoring; Experience as a Transport Controller, Fleet Controller, Dispatcher, or similar role is preferred; Experience using fleet monitoring systems and/or GPS tracking is preferred; Good understanding of transportation and fleet operations; Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and traffic laws; Understanding of operational reporting and data analysis processes; Familiar with GPS tracking systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
