Dispatch Engineer (Road Maintenance)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Having min 2 - 5 years experience in road construction or maintenance with exposure to heavy equipment operations planning

Strong knowledge of roadwork processes using heavy equipment Good understanding of road damage types and appropriate repair methods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical recommendations for field execution

Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, operators and other stakeholders Familiar with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices in construction or mining environments Willing to work on-site in challenging conditions (remote area, hot weather) and adaptable to field environments

Experienced or familiar with road condition assessment methods such as PCI (Pavement Condition Index) or RCI (Road Condition Index) is preferred Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) & holding a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is preferred Willing to be placed in Mine Site, Paser East Kalimantan

Responsibilities: Develop and prepare daily, weekly and short-term work plans for heavy equipment operations in road maintenance activities Analyze and ensure proper execution methods for roadwork using heavy equipment, in line with technical standards and project requirements
