Director of Sales Qualifications: - 5-7 years hotel sales experience - Strong in Corporate, Government, MICE, OTA & Long-Stay markets - Preferably from a hotel chain background - Skilled in sales planning, prospecting, negotiation & key account handling - Strong leadership, communication & presentation to GM/Owner - Target-driven, proactive, agile & solution-focused - Able to achieve revenue targets, grow market share and increase key accounts & direct bookings.
