Director of marketing

Ryvo is hiring a director of marketing to help grow our brand, improve our marketing strategy, and drive new client acquisition. Ryvo helps business owners, founders, executives, and growing companies save time by connecting them with vetted and trained remote support talent. Our assistants help with scheduling, inbox management, CRM updates, client follow-ups, research, reporting, project coordination, and daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and marketing — someone who can help Ryvo build brand awareness, create better messaging, develop marketing campaigns, and generate qualified leads.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow Ryvo’s client base. Help improve Ryvo’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence. Create and manage marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels.

Identify target customer segments and develop outreach strategies. Generate leads through outbound sales, partnerships, LinkedIn, email, and digital campaigns. Speak with potential clients to understand their needs and explain Ryvo’s services.

Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM activity. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Work closely with leadership to refine Ryvo’s offer, messaging, and growth strategy. Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
