The DIP Technician is responsible for manufacturing processes related to DIP (Dual In-line Package) and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). This role involves hands-on operation of DIP, wave soldering, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and PCB assembly processes. The technician must ensure process quality, troubleshoot soldering defects, and perform process improvements while adhering to IPC-A-610 and ESD standards.
Tanggung jawab: Operate DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes; Troubleshoot soldering defects and perform process improvement; Read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications; Work independently and under pressure; Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
Kualifikasi: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of relevant DIP/PCBA manufacturing experience; Hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes; Good knowledge of soldering defects, troubleshooting, and process improvement; Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements; Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, formulas, and basic data analysis; Able to read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications.
