Digital Marketing Specialist

Shopindy is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to help attract online sellers, and local businesses to our SaaS e-commerce platform. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, work with social media team and content, support customer acquisition and partnerships, research market trends, and track campaign performance to improve leads and conversions. This role focuses on planning, running, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate leads and support merchant acquisition.

2–3 years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles Experience running Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads Good understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization

Able to analyze basic campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion, and ROAS Strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia Good understanding of online sellers, UMKM, e-commerce, or local businesses

Able to create or coordinate simple campaign assets using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Creative, analytical, organized, and able to work independently Experience marketing SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, startup, or tech products

Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Pixel, or retargeting Experience with marketplace ads such as Shopee Ads or Tokopedia Ads
