Digital Marketing Manager | For Premium Architecture & Design Studio

ABOUT MAISON BALI Maison Bali is an architecture, interior design and bespoke-furniture studio based in Bali. We design villas, boutique hospitality and private residences around a signature "Raw Luxury" aesthetic: sculptural modernism meeting Indonesian craftsmanship. We are a small, fast-moving international team building a portfolio of signature projects, and we are growing. THE ROLE We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our entire digital presence and turn it into a predictable source of qualified, high-value inquiries. Our marketing is a sales funnel, not a gallery: you will connect strategy, content, paid media and conversion into one system, across our furniture collection, signature villas and design services. You will work directly with the founders and coordinate our content production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the digital marketing strategy and funnel across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, the website and email Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) targeting international villa buyers, investors and design clients

Drive SEO and website conversion: landing pages, lead magnets, WhatsApp and inquiry funnels, analytics and tracking Build and run email marketing and lead-nurture flows for furniture, villa and design-service leads Set the content strategy and calendar, and brief and oversee content production while protecting a refined, premium brand voice

Track performance (CTR, save rate, leads, cost per qualified inquiry, conversions) and report clearly with recommendations Test and integrate AI tools across content, ads and workflow to move faster than bigger teams WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years owning strategy and budgets end to end Proven results for a premium brand: architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and marketing automation
