Digital Marketing Manager

Bahagia Group is a growing hospitality company based in Indonesia, operating multiple brands including Kopi Bahagia, De Koffiehuis Hoek, Samosir Rock Bar, and upcoming new concepts across different cities. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build marketing systems, lead creative direction, and grow our brands with purpose. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the overall marketing strategy for all Bahagia Group brands.

This role is responsible for transforming ideas into measurable marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive customer growth. You will work directly with the Director and collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and Creative teams. Develop long-term marketing strategies for Bahagia Group.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all brands. Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps. Create monthly marketing campaigns.

Develop weekly content calendars. Plan product launches and seasonal campaigns. Organize community events and collaborations.

Lead creative concepts for photoshoots and videos. Prepare briefs for videographers, photographers, and designers. Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s identity.
