About the role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing initiatives. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive cost-effective customer acquisition Analyse website performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven optimisation strategies Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's online presence What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing solutions
