DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

Kanggo is a digital platform that provides building repair, maintenance, and renovation services in one application. Founded in 2020, Kanggo has delivered 25+ service solutions supported by 2,000+ professional workers (Tukang Jagoan) . Currently, Kanggo operates in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and continues to expand across Indonesia . • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) • Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices • Ensure system reliability, performance, availability, and scalability • Define monitoring, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery strategies • Improve system security, access control, and compliance best practices • Collaborate closely with developers to improve deployment workflows and system architecture • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues • Handle internal IT support related to infrastructure, systems, and technical environments when needed • Support and assist in fullstack development tasks when required, including debugging, deployment, or minor feature improvements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering • Strong experience with Linux system administration • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) • Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) • Proficiency in scripting or automation (Bash, Python, or equivalent) Experience handling internal IT support and technical troubleshooting • Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Background as a full-stack developer or software programmer is a plus
