Kualifikasi

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience an Engineering in the die casting Industry
• Strong ethic, highly motivated, creative, and innovattive
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
• Proficient in High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) processes and mold design
• Strong understanding of die casting process parameter setup and its impact on product quality
• Knowledge of various casting defects, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Familiar with CAE software fundamentals for filling analysis, solidification analysis, and defect prediction
• Able to apply production experience to mold design optimization and simulation
• Proficiency in MAGMASOFT is highly preferred
