Create and develop creative visual content for digital and printed materials, including social media, website, brochures, and promotional materials. Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Manage and update social media platforms and digital communication channels regularly.
Produce content that reflects the school’s values, culture, and learning environment. Apply SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and performance. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support school events, campaigns, and admissions activities.
Monitor digital marketing performance and analyze engagement metrics for continuous improvement. Ensure consistency of branding across all design and marketing materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in content creation, visual design, and content strategy across digital platforms.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
- Highly creative with a strong artistic sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and technology literate, with proficiency in relevant design and marketing software.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the education or school environment will be an advantage.
