Job Description Analyze purchasing needs and forecast stock requirements to support company operations Prepare and manage purchase lists, categorized into recurring monthly purchases and one-time procurement
Maintain accurate purchasing data and vendor records using Excel and/or Google Sheets Source and communicate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing Create and process purchase orders based on minimum stock levels and operational needs
Monitor delivery timelines and service execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms Conduct quality verification of goods/services against purchase agreements Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate recording of incoming goods
Liaise with the finance department to support timely payment processing Prepare and present purchasing data, reports, and insights when required Continuously review purchasing performance to improve efficiency and cost control

- Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting stock requirements
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Able to present and clearly explain data insights
- Capable of coordinating effectively with internal departments and limited external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in meeting deadlines
