Manage and maintain contact center performance data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting. Handle financial data management for the contact center, including preparation of data required for BAST and invoice processing. Monitor, document, and coordinate incident handling or operational disruptions with the IT team until resolution.

Provide regular reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational decision-making. Minimum 3 years of experience in the contact center industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level), including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.

Ability to build and manage dashboards using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools. Comfortable with mobile assignments and willing to travel for out-of-town duties. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
