【Job Responsibilities】 1. Server Hardware Maintenance Perform server hardware troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and component replacement. Replace failed components including motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, RAID cards, power supply units (PSU), fans, and backplanes. Conduct preventive maintenance for hardware and software healthy checks. 2. Server Racking & Cabling Rack, unrack, and relocate servers and network devices. Manage structured cabling (fiber, copper, power cables) to ensure neat and standard-compliant layout. 3. Fault Response and report document Respond to hardware alarms and tickets in a timely manner (SLA-based). Perform on-site emergency repairs when required. Document root cause analysis (RCA) and repair records. 4. Asset & Spare Parts Management Keep the retrieved spare parts safe. and record the replacement detail. Return the corresponding bad part to warehouse and Update asset management systems (SPO).
