Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze regular reports to support financial closing and management reporting. Generate ad hoc reports based on business and management requirements.Monitor and ensure the accuracy of system data and interfaces. Provide daily support to internal users and external vendors by troubleshooting system-related issues. Coordinate with vendors to maintain system performance and resolve operational issues.Gather business requirements, coordinate system enhancement projects, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct user training and maintain system documentation for new enhancements and updates.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant disciplines.; Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.; Familiar with ERP/Hospital Information Systems is an advantage.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.; Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.; Willing to be based in Bintaro, South Tangerang..
