Desa Kitsuné Bali membuka kesempatan bergabung bagi individu yang antusias dan dapat diandalkan untuk menempati posisi Daily Worker Restaurant Runner guna memperkuat tim perhotelan di Bali. Posisi paruh waktu ini memegang peranan vital sebagai tulang punggung operasional front-of-house untuk memastikan penyampaian layanan yang mulus dan mempertahankan standar tinggi yang diharapkan oleh para tamu. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menciptakan pengalaman bersantap yang luar biasa dan mendukung para staf pelayan (wait staff) dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan yang prima. Tugas utama meliputi pembersihan dan penataan ulang meja secara cepat dan efisien di antara pergantian kursus maupun setelah tamu pergi, penyajian makanan dan minuman secara teliti sesuai protokol, serta pengelolaan alur piring dan peralatan kotor menuju area dapur dan bar demi menjaga standar kebersihan dan keselamatan restoran setiap saat.
Tanggung jawab: Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently between courses and after guest departures; Delivering food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and proper service protocol; Supporting server by responding quickly to service requests and maintaining table cleanliness throughout service; Managing the flow of dirty plates and glassware, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and bar areas; Assisting with the setup of dining areas before service, including table arrangements and place settings; Maintaining awareness of guest needs and alerting waitstaff to any issues requiring attention; Ensuring all service equipment, utensils and glassware are properly cleaned and stocked; Upholding restaurant hygiene and safety standards at all times; Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues across all service periods.
