Cybersecurity Technical Lead berperan strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi kebijakan keamanan informasi perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan risiko keamanan, manajemen kerentanan, serta respons insiden untuk memastikan kelangsungan bisnis tetap terjaga. Selain aspek teknis, posisi ini juga berkolaborasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk mengintegrasikan kontrol keamanan ke dalam solusi teknologi dan proses bisnis. Anda akan memantau ancaman siber yang muncul, memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berkelanjutan, serta memimpin pengembangan tim melalui coaching dan pemantauan kinerja.
Tanggung jawab: Support the development and implementation of technology and information cybersecurity strategies; Assist in overseeing cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and business continuity planning; Support compliance initiatives related to security frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls; Assist in managing technology initiatives, vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation; Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and provide recommendations; Support team development through coaching and performance monitoring; Prepare and present technology and security reports to director & management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science specific Cyber security or a related field; Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, IT governance, risk management, and network security; Direct experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2; Relevant professional certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
