MixWork is a premier HR outsourcing partner providing strategic workforce solutions to global organizations. On behalf of a major international retail enterprise headquartered in Singapore, we are seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst to support their digital and brick-and-mortar operations. This role acts as the internal security owner for all cybersecurity and compliance matters across Singapore and offshore IT environments. The analyst will manage the relationship with a third-party Security Operations Center (SOC) partner, oversee security policy and awareness programs, and support the Head of IT in their capacity as Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Singapore PDPA and Indonesia UU PDP regulations. This is a strategic role focused on setting security requirements, reviewing SOC reports, and ensuring security posture improvements are implemented across all systems.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the third-party SOC partner relationship, including setting monitoring requirements and reviewing escalated alerts.; Act on escalated security incidents, coordinate with affected teams, and produce incident reports.; Conduct periodic reviews of the SOC partner's detection coverage and reporting quality.; Maintain and update the IT security policy library annually or as regulatory obligations change.; Conduct ISO 27001 gap assessments and track remediation findings.; Perform SaaS and vendor security assessments to evaluate data handling risks..
