Cutting and Printing Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily cutting and printing operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time while maintaining quality standards. Operate, oversee, and troubleshoot cutting and printing machines to minimize downtime.

Ensure all printed materials meet customer specifications and company quality requirements. Lead, train, and supervise production operators, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor material usage and minimize waste throughout the production process. Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate production records. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of workplace safety (5S) within the production area. Minimum 3 years of experience in a printing or manufacturing production environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate in Graphic Engineering (Printing Technology) or an equivalent discipline.

Strong knowledge of printing processes, including offset and digital printing, as well as cutting and finishing operations. Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting printing and cutting machines. Good understanding of production workflow, quality control, and manufacturing standards.
