We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customs & Logistics Specialist to join our team in North Jakarta. This position plays a critical role in managing import and export activities, customs compliance, logistics coordination, and warehouse-related operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for customs clearance processes, regulatory compliance, shipment coordination, and maintaining effective communication with customs authorities, logistics partners, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities Customs & Trade Compliance Prepare, review, and submit import and export documentation in accordance with Indonesian Customs regulations and international trade requirements.

Manage customs clearance processes and coordinate with Customs (Bea Cukai), government agencies, and appointed customs brokers. Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, import permits, product certifications, and trade requirements. Monitor changes in customs regulations, trade policies, and import/export procedures and provide timely updates to management.

Verify tariff classifications (HS Codes), customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges. Logistics & Shipment Coordination Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and warehouse teams.
