About the role We are seeking a Customer Service Visa professional to join our team in Badung, Bali on a full-time basis . In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our guests and clients with visa-related inquiries and customer service needs. You will be the front line of communication for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly, professionally, and courteously. This position is essential in maintaining PT Queen's Tandoor's reputation for exceptional service whilst facilitating smooth customer interactions related to visa services and travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding visa services and travel-related questions Provide accurate information about visa requirements, application processes, and documentation needed for various destinations

Assist customers with booking confirmations, itinerary planning, and special requests Process customer transactions efficiently whilst maintaining detailed and accurate records Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction Respond to customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards mutually beneficial resolutions Maintain knowledge of current visa policies, travel regulations, and company procedures

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery Meet performance targets and quality standards set by management What we're looking
