Sebagai Customer Service Officer, Anda akan menjadi titik fokus operasional untuk aktivitas kepabeanan dan kepatuhan perdagangan di Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Balikpapan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi memastikan kelancaran ekspor, impor, dan transportasi, serta menjaga kepatuhan regulasi. Peran ini menuntut kedisiplinan operasional yang kuat, komunikasi proaktif dengan pemangku kepentingan, serta dedikasi untuk memberikan layanan yang efisien dan berorientasi pada pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure uninterrupted import, export, transportation, and trade compliance execution; Support parts availability, dealer service performance, customer satisfaction, and customer uptime; Act as the operational focal point for customs and trade compliance activities within Regional Distribution Center Balikpapan; Ensure timely execution, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination; Deliver efficient, consistent, and customer-focused service through strong ownership, operational discipline, and proactive communication.
