Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a Customer Service Live Chat specialist for beauty products. This role involves handling customer inquiries through live chat channels, maintaining service standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Live Chat specialist will be responsible for managing multiple chats simultaneously, inputting conversation results into the CRM system, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and escalating cases when necessary. The role requires adherence to SLA response times and a professional approach to customer support.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: S1.
  • Age: Max 35 years old.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service (specifically live chat).
  • Familiarity with beauty products is a plus.
  • Willing to work in shifts and WFO.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Serve customers via live chat according to SOP.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Input conversation results into the CRM system.
  • Provide product information and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain SLA response time according to KPI.
