Job Descriptions: Respond to customer questions via live chat or email. Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies.

Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally. Ensure customer issues are resolved. Document customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems. Give suggestions and feedback to improve customer service. Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree min D3/S1 from any major 2. Have an experience as a Customer Service agent in E-Commerce (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply) 3. Proven experience in managing and engaging with an online community.

4. Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills . 5. Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in 6.Exceptional typing skills with strict attention to accuracy (zero typos)
