• Ability to handle phone, IM, and work order systems simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Documentation Required:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• UK Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Medan local time)
• US Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Medan local time)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound after-sales service calls and instant messages promptly
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
• Document customer issues and create detailed work orders
• Assign work orders to the appropriate service personnel within 5 minutes of call completion
• Track work order progress and confirm resolution with customers
• Maintain a 100% follow-up rate to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve a ≥95% one-time call connection rate
• Adhere strictly to SLA timelines for work order creation and follow-up
