About the role Join our dynamic team at Paradigm Fitness Indonesia as a Customer Service professional. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will play a vital role in upholding our company's commitment to outstanding customer service. What you'll be doing Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, while maintaining a warm and empathetic approach Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies Analysing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge to better serve our customers
What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
