• Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing the right solutions and helping them get the best value from our services
• Support customers through inbound and outbound communications, especially those at risk of discontinuing their services
• Listen to customer needs, identify the best solutions, and recommend products or service packages that match their expectations
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service is highly preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
