Tanggung jawab: To represent company in delivering all available products and information to achieve sales target; To provide knowledge for customers related to products, prices, availability, and process of buying, etc; Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; Maintain follow up and relationship to existing customer and/or potential customer to develop customer contact data based; Prepare and create updated sales report to maintain sales perfomance.
