PT. Sancome Nusantara Indonesia is seeking an experienced Jointer Fiber Optic to handle the installation and splicing of FTTH fiber optic networks. The role requires proficiency in installing FAT, FDT, and Joint Closure, as well as operating testing equipment like OTDR and OPM to ensure network quality. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing fusion splicing, analyzing measurement data, and maintaining high standards of installation. This position requires someone who is meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and within a team. The role is based in Makassar, with the flexibility to be deployed to other regions as project requirements dictate.
Tanggung jawab: Perform installation of FAT (Fiber Access Terminal), FDT (Fiber Distribution Terminal), and Joint Closure; Perform fiber optic cable splicing using a fusion splicer; Conduct testing and measurement of fiber optic networks using OTDR and OPM; Read, analyze, and provide OTDR and OPM measurement data; Ensure connection quality and installation results meet project technical standards; Create work reports and documentation for installation and network testing; Perform troubleshooting and repair of fiber optic connections if necessary; Comply with workplace safety procedures during field operations.
Kualifikasi: Experience as a Fiber Jointer or fiber optic technician; Experienced in installing FAT, FDT, and Joint Closure; Capable of performing fiber optic cable fusion splicing; Capable of operating OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and OPM (Optical Power Meter); Capable of reading, analyzing, and submitting measurement data; Understanding of FTTH networks and fiber optic installation standards; Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team; Willing to work in the field and be deployed according to project needs.
