About the role PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a dedicated Customer Relation professional to join our growing team in Luna & Sol North Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As a Customer Relation specialist, you will be the critical link between our customers and the organisation, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, working towards satisfactory resolutions

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback Provide customers with product and service information, answering questions and offering assistance as needed

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management or relevant departments in a timely manner Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and services
