CUSTOMER RELATION

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relations specialist to join PT. Essen Logistics Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java, where you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our valued clients in the import/export and customs industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers whilst ensuring their logistics and customs requirements are met efficiently and professionally. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and our internal operations teams, playing a vital part in our commitment to exceptional service delivery. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within the fast-paced logistics and international trade sector.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for communicating with customers, accurately and promptly reflecting customers' needs to the operation team, and making appropriate arrangements. 2. Coordinate shipment updates and communicate shipment status to customers.

3. Assist customers with export, import, and customs clearance inquiries. 4. Handle customer requests related to shipping documents, billing, and service arrangements. Job Requirements:

1. Be familiar with Microsoft Office software and have more than one year of relevant customer service work experience. 2. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, export-import, or supply chain operations. Understanding of shipping documents, invoicing, and customer coordination related to shipments. 3. Be good at communication, patient and responsible.

4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. About us PT.
