Monitor and investigate booking failures, customer complaints, and operational issues to identify root causes and drive resolution. Analyze customer feedback (VOC, CSAT, NPS) and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Evaluate telesales interactions against SOP and customer experience standards, and identify coaching opportunities to improve service quality.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Clinic Operations, and related teams to resolve recurring issues and enhance the end-to-end customer journey. Prepare and present regular quality reports on complaint trends, booking performance, customer satisfaction, and key improvement initiatives.
