Critical Facilities Tenant Delivery Manager (Built-to-Suit Data Center, 200MW+)

Direct Hyperscale Tenant Delivery & Critical Facilities Experience Required | Fluent English Location: GIIC (Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi) & KIIC (Karawang), West Java, Indonesia The Critical Facilities Tenant Delivery Manager serves as the primary tenant account representative and customer interface between hyperscale customers and the Company's operations, engineering, commissioning, construction, and project teams throughout the full data center lifecycle.

This is a hybrid customer-facing and operational role requiring direct experience in both critical facilities environments and hyperscale tenant delivery functions. The role is responsible for tenant account governance, customer delivery coordination, operational readiness, service delivery oversight, and stakeholder alignment across both the pre-delivery phase (design, construction, commissioning, testing, and handover) and the live operations phase (post-COD operations, maintenance governance, SLA management, incident management, and ongoing customer engagement).

Reporting directly to the Vice President based in Singapore, the successful candidate will support large-scale built-to-suit hyperscale data center campuses and act as the primary tenant account contact from project delivery through operational lifecycle management. Only candidates with direct experience in hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical data center environments will be considered. Candidates must possess direct experience in both:

• Critical facilities, commissioning, operations, maintenance, or project delivery functions; and • Tenant delivery, tenant account management, customer delivery, client delivery, account delivery, service delivery, or customer-facing operational roles within a hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical data center environment. Professional-level spoken and written English is mandatory.

Candidates from IT services, software support, cloud operations, telecommunications, network operations, property management, manufacturing facilities, or other non-critical facilities environments will not be progressed. • Serve as the primary tenant account and customer interface throughout design, construction, commissioning, testing, and handover activities. • Coordinate customer participation in design reviews, capacity planning discussions, technical workshops, FAT, SAT, Integrated System Testing (IST), commissioning witness activities, and operational readiness reviews.
