About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Outlet Yogurt Protein Frozen team members to join Yopo Frozen Bar in Uluwatu, Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in one of Bali's vibrant locations. As a crew member, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering exceptional service whilst maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role is essential to our mission of providing customers with delicious, high-quality frozen yogurt and protein-based products in a welcoming and efficient environment.

What you'll be doing Greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using point-of-sale systems

Preparing and serving frozen yogurt and protein products according to established recipes and quality standards Operating and maintaining frozen yogurt machines and other kitchen equipment safely and hygienically Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service counter, kitchen area, and dining spaces

Restocking supplies and managing inventory throughout your shift Following food safety and hygiene protocols consistently to ensure customer wellbeing Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods

Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns professionally and courteously Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed What we're looking
