The Credit Marketing Head (CMH) for the Bali region is responsible for leading the team, developing credit marketing strategies, and expanding the business network. The company is a financing firm focusing on used commercial vehicles. The role involves monitoring dealer canvassing, customer surveys, and credit application processes. The CMH must ensure data accuracy, apply 5C credit principles, monitor applications until disbursement, and build strong relationships with dealers and showrooms to maintain portfolio quality.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor dealer canvassing, customer surveys, and credit application processes by CMOs; Verify and ensure order data accuracy and process surveys for prospective debtors; Understand and implement 5C credit stages; Process and monitor credit applications until disbursement; Expand market network and build/maintain relationships with dealers/showrooms; Stay updated on relevant business news to support marketing strategies; Maintain financing portfolio quality according to company policy.
Kualifikasi: S1/D4 degree in any major; Minimum 2 years of experience in a financing company with used commercial vehicle products; Extensive network/relations with dealers and showrooms (especially for black plate/used commercial vehicles) and individual/corporate customers; Possess SIM A/SIM C driving license; Good communication and negotiation skills; Residing in and willing to be placed in Bali.
